Refund Policy
At Freelances Market, payments made securely through our platform are designed exclusively for acquiring digital contact access to the freelancers listed on our directory. Due to the digital delivery nature of this service, our refund framework operates under highly specific conditions to protect both our users and our platform from abuse.
Eligibility for a Full Refund
You are completely eligible to request and receive a refund under the following circumstances:
- No Contact Information Acquired: If you paid for digital access but did not reveal, view, or acquire any contact information of any freelancer, and consequently contacted no one.
- Non-Responsive Freelancers: If you use your access to attempt to contact at least the first 3 freelancers, and absolutely none of them reply to you within 72 hours following your absolute first contact attempt.
When Refunds Are Not Provided
Because we sell digital contact access and not the final physical service, refunds cannot be issued if:
- You have already revealed contact information and successfully engaged in a conversation with a freelancer.
- You are dissatisfied with the physical service or conduct subsequently provided by the freelancer. All physical services, negotiations, and non-platform related compensations are handled strictly between you and the freelancer independently.
- You simply change your mind after intentionally unlocking the contact database.

To claim a refund under our eligible conditions, please directly email us at contact@freelances-market.com.
To expedite your required refund via Stripe, please provide your registered platform account email, proof to the payment transaction, and explicitly if applying under our 72-hour non-responsive clause, you must include accompanying screenshots indicating your outreach and the subsequent lack of response. Our team will verify your claim promptly against our logs.
