1. Legal Notice & Information

Welcome to Freelances Market (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). While we are in the process of incorporating as a registered company in Thailand under the name “Freelances Market”, for current legal and payment processing purposes (Stripe), this platform is operated by Abdallah SID (MYSITEFRENCH), registered as an Entrepreneur individuel in France (SIREN: 953 352 424, SIRET: 953 352 424 00014, Date of creation: June 20, 2023), operating under the VAT exemption framework (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).

By accessing and using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

2. Role of the Platform

Freelances Market acts exclusively as a digital directory and contact portal. Our sole purpose is to connect users (clients) with independent freelancers (masseuses) by providing access to their contact profiles.

  • We do not employ, manage, or act as an agency for the freelancers listed on our directory.
  • We are not a party to any contract, agreement, or interaction between you and any freelancer.
  • We bear no responsibility or liability for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of the physical services provided directly by the freelancers.

3. User Eligibility & Rules

While there are no strict age restrictions imposed by the directory interface itself to view publicly available listings, by using the Platform to unlock contact information and hire a freelancer, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and lawfully. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their interactions, engagements, and physical services comply with all applicable local laws, specifically those of Thailand.

4. Payments & Payouts

Fees charged on the Platform are strictly for unlocking contact access to freelancer profiles. The platform uses Stripe to securely process these payments.

  • Direct Payment for Services: Freelancers do not receive payments through our platform. All payments for physical services rendered must be negotiated and settled directly between the client and the freelancer via their preferred independent methods.
  • We only process and manage the payment for the digital contact access feature.

5. Disputes

As a contact directory, we are not involved in disputes between a client and a freelancer regarding the physical service delivered outise of our platform. However, if you experience a critical issue (such as a severely misrepresentative profile or a failure to respond), you can report the incident to us by emailing contact@freelances-market.com. While we do not act as mediators or provide legal assistance, we reserve the right to remove access to specific freelancers if they violate our community guidelines or misrepresent their services.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or alter these terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page, and your continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to the new terms.
